Young's has taken the finest quality fish and smoked them using specially selected and time honoured methods to perfectly complement their rich oily flesh. Our Fraserburgh Smokehouse range features mackerel, salmon and kippers smoked over Oak and Beech chips on the scenic North East coast of Aberdeenshire using a unique smoking process. What's more, our entire smoked range is rich in Omega 3 oils.
